🚀 Getting Started

GlobalContactsDB indexes contact information and marketing data from hundreds of millions of web pages worldwide, covering 140+ countries and regions. You can quickly find target customers' emails, phone numbers, social media and other contact details through keyword search.

🔍 Search

Search is the core feature of the platform. Enter product keywords, industry names, company names, etc. to find potential customers worldwide.

Basic Search Steps

1. Enter keywords in the search box, e.g. LED lighting, solar panel, etc.
2. Select search scope: All Fields, Title, Description, or Keywords.
3. Click the search button or press Enter to search the database.
4. Results show website title, description, URL and contact icons (📧Email 📞Phone 🌐Social 💬IM).

🤖 AI Analysis

AI analysis automatically evaluates each website to determine its type, whether it's a potential customer, and provides analysis reasoning — greatly improving customer screening efficiency.

Supported AI Providers

The system supports three AI service providers. Choose based on your needs:

Configuration Steps

1. Go to Profile → AI Settings.
2. Select your preferred AI provider.
3. Enter the API key (and domain/model for custom API).
4. Click "Test Connection" to verify, then save settings.

How to Use

1. On the search results page, click the "AI Analyze" button on any result card.
2. The system will send website information to the AI for analysis.
3. Analysis results will be displayed on the card, including website type, potential customer status, and reasoning.
4. Analysis results are automatically saved and can be viewed in Profile → Analysis Results.

📥 Data Export

VIP users can export search results to CSV or JSON format for use in CRM systems or further analysis.

Export Steps

1. Perform a search and get results.
2. Click the "Export" button in the top-right corner of the results.
3. Select export format (CSV or JSON) and quantity.
4. Click "Start Export" and the file will download automatically.

⭐ Bookmarks

The bookmark feature lets you save interesting search results for later review.

How to Bookmark

1. On the search results page, click the bookmark icon (⭐) on any result card.
2. The icon turns yellow indicating successful bookmark.
3. Click again to remove the bookmark.

View and manage all bookmarks in Profile → My Bookmarks. Supports batch operations and export.

✉️ AI Outreach Email

AI outreach email uses AI to automatically generate personalized outreach emails based on the target customer's website information and your product details, significantly improving response rates.

Workflow

1. Configure your SMTP email account in Profile → Mailbox Management.
2. Add your product information in Profile → My Products.
3. On the search results page, click "Send Email" on a result card.
4. Choose compose mode: "AI Generated" (AI writes the email) or "Template" (use a pre-made template).
5. Confirm and send. The email will be sent via your configured SMTP account.

📮 Bulk Email

Bulk email lets you send outreach emails to multiple search results at once, supporting AI-generated and template modes for efficient customer outreach at scale.

Prerequisites

Before using bulk email, please complete the following setup:

1. Configure at least one SMTP email account in Profile → Mailbox Management.
2. Add your product information in Profile → My Products.
3. If using template mode, create at least one email template in Profile → Email Templates.
4. If using AI mode, configure your AI API key in Profile → AI Settings.

Template Management

Create and manage email templates in Profile → Email Templates:

1. Click "Add Template" to create a new template.
2. Fill in the template title, email subject, and body content.
3. Enable the template and set sort order. Multiple templates can be used with random selection.

Bulk Send Steps

1. Perform a search and get results.
2. Click the "Bulk Send" button on the search results page.
3. Select compose mode: AI Generated or Template.
4. Select bulk scope: Current Page, Specific Pages, or All Pages.
5. Configure multi-email strategy (when a result has multiple emails).
6. Set resend strategy: Send All or Skip Already Sent.
7. Click "Start Bulk Send". The task runs in the background and you can close the page.

⚡ Batch AI Analysis

Batch AI analysis can analyze large volumes of search results at once, automatically determining whether each website is a potential customer, greatly improving screening efficiency.

Steps

1. On the search results page, click the "Batch AI" button to open the batch analysis panel.
2. Select analysis scope: Current Page or All Results.
3. Select analysis mode: Frontend (browser) or Backend (server).
4. Set concurrency (simultaneous tasks), recommended 2-5.
5. Optionally check "Skip Analyzed" to avoid re-analyzing.
6. Click "Start Analysis". The system will analyze each result and save results automatically.

📦 Product Management

Product Management maintains your product information. AI analysis and AI outreach emails use your product info to identify potential customers and generate personalized emails.

Adding a Product

1. Go to Profile and click the "My Products" tab.
2. Click the "+ Add Product" button.
3. Fill in the product title and detailed description (more detail = more accurate AI analysis).
4. Optionally fill in sender info (company name, name, title, contact) for AI email signatures.

In Profile, you can manage account info, view usage statistics, configure AI settings and more.

❓ FAQ

Q: How often is the data updated?

A: The database is continuously updated with new data added regularly. Update frequency depends on the data source crawl cycle.

Q: What format is the exported data?

A: We support CSV and JSON formats. CSV can be opened directly in Excel, JSON is suitable for programmatic processing.

Q: Do I need to configure my own API for AI analysis?

A: Yes, you need to configure your own API key in Profile → AI Settings. We support Custom API (OpenAI compatible), DeepSeek, and Google Gemini.

Q: What if email sending fails?

A: Check your SMTP configuration, especially port and encryption settings. Public email services (Gmail, QQ, 163) require an auth code, not your login password. Use "Test Connection" to verify your setup.
